Are friendly, fun loving women of all ages,

• Commit $365 per year (that’s a dollar a day) to a shared fund,
• Make decisions together about where the money is granted,
• Learn about community needs and resources, and
• Have a darn good time together!

For many women, giving and volunteering are just a part of their lives. We give to friends who are raising money for causes. We reach out to help neighbors in need. We volunteer at community organizations, schools, and churches. So, joining a giving circle provides an opportunity to have an even greater impact with our dollars and time.

What Members Give:

• Donate $365 to the Circle’s shared fund
• Attend membership meetings each year (this includes one grantmaking meeting and one celebration once funding has been awarded)
• Vote to determine which organizations receive funding

What Members Get:

• The chance to make a real difference in Latah County by pooling resources and making big gifts
• A dynamic, intelligent, and passionate community of other women who care about the community
• A creative, fun, and accessible gateway to philanthropy

A dollar a day is…

• Drip coffee instead of a Latte
• 1/10 the cost of a bouquet of flowers
• A fraction of the cost of a nice pair of shoes

For some members, $365/year is easy.  For others, it is a stretch. But we think that giving back to the community is important, and we are excited to give back in a substantial way.
